Sainte-Cécile At Home

Every year, the musical event Sainte-Cécile takes place all over France. During this event, orchestras get together, perform pieces, and share their passion for music. This year due to COVID, this was not possible. However, a group of young musicians got together and conducted their version of “The Chicken” from home.

One of our very own LGB students participated in this virtual concert, performed by the Espérance Douvainoise, an orchestra in the Chablais. Paul Evans, a year 12 student, and numerous other young musicians from various other orchestras also situated in the Chablais joined together to showcase their talents. Check out the video below!
