The collaboration between MAMCO and LGB started two years ago when art teachers wanted to build a of bridge between the MAMCO and the Centre des Arts. Teachers claim that this has been a successful project and very enjoyable for the students.
The whole idea behind it is that the students can benefit from MAMCO’s variety of different artworks and expert curators, which help with students’ comparative studies and general questions.
This October the year 12 art students started their comparative studies and got to visit MAMCO a couple of times for inspiration and to look for artworks to compare. The final product of this project will be an artwork produced inspired by the comparative study and exhibited in the Centre des Arts.
